WOOT summer class is over!
In celebration after my final last friday, I decided to make some blackberry semifreddo.
It came out not too bad, I should have used more blackberries and I don't think I prepared the eggs according to the recipe, but pretty good for a first try!
The wonderful thing about semifreddo is that it's not as complicated or time consuming as making ice cream but has a similar texture. I want to say it's in between ice cream and frozen yogurt. You can make it any flavor you want, yums
I have too many things I want to try again...and again and again
it was really that long ago since 9/11 happened. it just passed by without a second thought for me...
