This past weekend, I had the pleasure of baking for my church, Harvest San Diego, in order to raise money for missions. Oh shout out to Virginia Perng for helping me out :) Thank you!
Swiss roll cake is the same recipe from the Jelly roll cake (below, from the gourmet magazine, i think...anyway it's a genoise cake) with vanilla-cinnamon whipped cream
Snickerdoodles were from smitten kitchen (man they were yummy)
everything is better fresh out of the oven :)
omg snickerdoodles. they used to have them at starbucks...i miss those days.
