jelly roll cake

Hey guys!

It's the middle of the week, just felt like baking today :)

I definitely wanted to make a roll cake today and I wanted to make it with some chocolate whipped cream, but alas, the whipped cream I had, uh, molded (yeah it's gross, good thing I don't post pictures of that =P). So just used what I had on hand, some boysenberry preserves

I MUST get this one right, one day, I will roll it well...
